Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 August 2026
Promptineer is operated by Parhiala Group Oy (“we”). This policy covers this website and the private publishing tool t10k that we use to upload our own videos.
This website
- We set no cookies and run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- We ask for no personal data. There are no forms, accounts or sign-ups.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes request metadata such as IP address for security and abuse prevention. We do not use it to identify visitors.
The t10k publishing tool
t10k is an internal tool. It is not offered to the public and has no users other than Parhiala Group Oy. It is the application shown on the Google consent screen when we authorise it against our own accounts.
- What it accesses. The Google scopes youtube.upload and youtube.force-ssl, used only to upload videos to, and comment on, YouTube channels that we own.
- What it stores. An OAuth refresh token on our own server, plus the metadata of videos we published ourselves. Nothing else.
- What it never does. It does not read, store or process any other person’s Google data, and it does not sell, rent or share data with third parties. Google user data is never used to train any model.
- Withdrawing access. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which invalidates the stored token immediately. Write to petroparhiala5@gmail.com to have it deleted from our server as well.
Legal basis, retention and your rights
Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis for the limited request metadata above is legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Tokens are kept only while the tool is in use. You may contact us at petroparhiala5@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it erased; you may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
